1. Bachelor degree in HR or a related field 2. Knowledge and experience working with Site HR full function 3. Excellent communication skills; Ability to represent complex issues and recommendations in simple ways to enable business decisions 4. Strong proficiency in MS Office; Prior experience and competencies in data processes management using PeopleSoft and Business Objects 5. Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese mandarin and English 6. Open attitude transparency interest ability for innovation able to get develop benchmark.
